1. About Communiteez

Communiteez ("we," "us," "our") operates the website communiteez.co (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. How Communiteez works

Communiteez presents itself as a single storefront, but operates two distinct types of listings:

Products we sell directly — these are fulfilled by us (or our suppliers on our behalf), processed and paid for through our checkout, and covered by our Refund Policy.
Affiliate listings — these link out to third-party retailers (such as Etsy, Amazon, or others). When you click through and make a purchase, that transaction happens entirely on the retailer's own site, under their own terms, pricing, and policies. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made this way, at no additional cost to you. We do not process payment, hold inventory, or fulfill these orders, and we're not responsible for the retailer's pricing, availability, shipping, or customer service.

Each listing on the Site is labelled to show which type it is.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order with us. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices for products sold directly by Communiteez are displayed in your local currency where available (for example, USD, CAD, or AUD depending on your location), converted from our base currency of AUD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure at the time of order.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping with no minimum order value on products sold directly by Communiteez. Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination; see individual product pages for details. Affiliate purchases are shipped entirely by the third-party retailer under their own shipping terms.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for products sold directly by Communiteez. Affiliate purchases are subject to the applicable retailer's own return and refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Communiteez and may not be reproduced or used without our permission, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Communiteez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including in relation to products purchased through affiliate links, which are outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. This doesn't limit any consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of the country you're shopping from, where those protections can't be excluded by agreement.
